3rd i Designs policy for maintaining the privacy and protection of user information with regard to the web application iC is as follows:

3rd i Designs will endeavor to keep confidential all user data from non-invited third parties. 3rd i Designs staff will not view user data except in instances of de-bugging, maintenance, or by the moderator's permission (and never for purposes of sharing participant data with the moderator or another participant as discussed below). 3rd i Designs will not share user data or contact information with third parties. 3rd i Designs will only provide information to users about the latest offerings and news with permission, and only sparingly if granted. For users who elect to receive updates, 3rd i Designs will provide an opt-out feature.

3rd i Designs recognizes that participants in a strategic analysis/survey may require that their confidentiality be maintained from other participants in order to be open and accurate with their responses. Therefore all participants' suggestions and responses relating to any strategic analysis/survey will be anonymous to the other members of the group, including moderators. Of course 3rd i Designs cannot prevent a participant's anonymously-provided suggestions/insights from being attributed to that person by his/her writing style.
